We have added integrated ticketing to Map Your Event.

Sell tickets directly within the MapYourEvent mobile app and web portal, keeping all event and ticket info in one place.

  • Full Stripe Integration – Securely process payments using Stripe, supporting card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.

  • Organiser Control – Manage payouts, refunds, and ticket types with ease through your connected Stripe account.

  • Custom Ticket Types – Create unlimited ticket types (e.g. Adult, Child, Concession) with flexible pricing, quantities and purchase windows.

  • Early Bird & Time-Limited Tickets – Set date ranges for when tickets are available to create exclusive offers.

  • Reserved Tickets – Allocate free tickets to VIPs, sponsors or invited guests with reservation tracking.

  • Ticket Visibility – Tickets are shown alongside the full event schedule and activity details in the app.

  • Easy Management – View sold tickets, print checklists, and issue refunds directly from the admin portal.

  • Transparent Fees – Booking fee of 3% + 20p per ticket ,paid by the event attendee, (plus Stripe’s standard charge of 1.5% + 20p).

  • Available to All Events – Integrated ticketing is supported for both Starter and Community level events.

  • Scan Entry on door - Using the Ticket scanning mobile app, available from the Apple and Android stores
